So I have actually had this box sitting in my garage for a while now thinking I must remember to throw it out. Then I thought after seeing some cardboard projects on Pinterest why not make a shop out of it for Miss K. She loves pretend play and I thought a shop would be just perfect for her (she chose the colour of course) but you could get creative and decorate it any way you like!
It was very simple to make, I just needed a craft knife for my cut outs and a bit of duct tape to keep the sides sturdy. I had some left over spray paint (luckily there was just enough to cover it) and then I finished it off by painting some lettering and pictures on the front.
It’s crazy how it’s the toys that cost nothing keep kids busy the longest. I’m so glad I actually decided to reuse the box for something fun and not chuck it out! Miss K is absolutely loving it!
